Community College, Vocational, or Trade Scholarship Program
Eligibility Criteria:
Acceptance or intent to enroll full-time at an accredited community college or trade/vocational/technical school in the United States.
Acceptance or intent to enroll for a minimum of 6 credit hours at an accredited community college or trade/vocational/technical school in the United States, the student can document working on average 20 or more hours per week throughout the entire term.
Acceptance at or eligibility to enroll in a degree or certificate program, but not attending college or a trade/vocational/technical school in the United States, at the time of this application.
Financial need and a pattern of grade improvement in academic performance throughout high school as evidenced by GPA, other grading criteria, and/or letters of reference will both be highly prioritized.
US citizen or eligible noncitizen graduate of Banks High School, Washington County, Oregon, or equivalent home school degree from within the Banks School District boundary.
Cumulative GPA of 2.54 or other evidence of good academic standing.
The Scholarship award may be used to pay expenses for tuition, books, and student fees. If scholarship funds are used for room and board, such funds are taxable to you.
